I am trying to make a new user account and I keep getting a error message.
For the new account I did account name GUEST and the domain name RADIO.

Some more information would be helpful, such as what server OS is running as Domain Controller, results of an IPCONFIG /ALL, DNS config, is there a firewall, and so forth.

If there is a firewall, is the firewall’s IP Address was being used as the DNS Address? In order to correctly use Active Directory from a Windows Server, the Server’s IP Address should be used as the DNS Address.

Plain and simple: the workstation needs to be added back to the domain again. remove from domain, add back to domain.
