PC Magazine uses a real-world suite of tests that like SYSmark try and emulate the tasks you or I might encounter in our day to day usage of the PC. The battery of tests features by the Winstone 2004 suite covers a lot of different programs and applications and may be the closest thing to actual usage tests available today. Once again we see AMD taking the lead in this series of tests further showing the strength of AMD's FX55 over even the best that Intel can field at the moment.
