EPoX's board came in a nice white box that they have been using a variation of for years. There is a picture of a weird shape sort of like a 4 with a blue wing on top of it. The rear of the box contains the picture of the board, and the various important features of the board described in detail. The EPoX board comes with four SATA cables to support SATA hard disk drives. One end of the cables contains a plug that fits into the case one way making for easy insertion in a case. The 2-port USB bracket brings the total included out of the box to 6.
The Driver CD contains the various drivers necessary for the motherboard plus the FDD SATA Driver disk utility that allows you to install SATA drivers in a RAID array. Also on the Driver CD are EPoX's Thunder BIOS and Thunder Probe Utilities. The Thunder BIOS allows you to upgrade your BIOS under the Windows environment. Thunder Probe keeps track of the clock speed, temperatures and voltages in Windows.
